Memorandum of Understanding for Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE


The purpose of this agreement is to clearly lay out the details, objectives and deliverables of Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE. These include:

  • Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE is a guided mentoring and coaching program designed to complement the main Ecommerce Business Blueprint course. It builds on and enhances the course, it is not a replacement.

  • Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE is a live group coaching program It consists primarily of live virtual coaching calls and may also include, video, transcription, audio, live webinar, and/or templates and worksheets.

  • The live coaching calls are held on a biweekly basis (every other week) at a predetermined time and are scheduled out in advance. The Student is encouraged to attend and participate in these calls live. All video conferences will be recorded and can be accessed inside a private “ELITE” only section of the Ecommerce Business Blueprint member’s area.

  • The Student also agrees to the following terms and conditions listed below.

 

Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE Terms And Conditions

  1. I Understand - The results of the Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE coaching program are not guaranteed and Tanner and the BGS team are great coaches and trainers, however they are not my saviors.

  2. I Understand - I am responsible for doing the work to get the results out of Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE. I do not hold Tanner and the BGS Team responsible for my success or failures.

  3. I Understand - I need to spend money on advertising and have a paid traffic budget to grow a successful ecommerce business.

  4. I Understand – That the membership fees for Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE is NON-Refundable. No refunds will be given for money paid in for any reason.

  5. I Understand - If I fail to pay my payment when due or if my card fails to go through, then I will be denied access to the materials until the payment can be processed.

  6. I Understand – Tanner and the BGS team are not responsible for policy changes with different advertising platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Google.

  7. I Understand – Tanner and the BGS team get extraordinary results, however their results are not typical. In fact, most people do not make any money from taking an online course or training.

  8. I Understand – Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE is an ongoing program that does not end. My initial commitment to Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE is for a period of three  (3) months for [memb_contact fields=_EcomAcademyEliteCustomPayment]. At the end of the third month my membership will be renewed on a month to month plan for the grandfathered rate of $200 per month and I am free to cancel if I so choose.

  9. I Understand – If I choose to cancel my Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE membership at the end of my 3 month commitment or at any time after that, that I will lose access to the “ELITEs Only” section of the Ecommerce Business Blueprint members area and all content within that area. I will however get to keep the main Ecommerce Business Blueprint and all its components.

  10. I Understand – That Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE is a family and that by joining the family I agree to treat other members with respect and abide by the Ecommerce Business Blueprint Code of Conduct that is clearly posted inside the members area. I also understand that Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE does not tolerate any dishonesty, shadiness, theft or ripping off of other members and they have the right to kick out members at any time. (The BGS family is amazing and we protect it)

  11. I Understand - Being the cardholder or Corporate Officer, by signing below I understand and agree to pay, and specifically authorize Build Grow Scale, LLC to charge my credit card for the professional services provided. I further agree that in the event my credit card becomes invalid, I will provide Build Grow Scale, LLC with a new valid credit card immediately, and will maintain appropriate credit limits on the credit card account to cover the payment schedule to avoid interruption of service. This proposal is accepted and forms an agreement between myself (Student) and Build Grow Scale, LLC (we/us/I) as represented by Tanner Larsson and any other Build Grow Scale, LLC employees and/or contractors. Once payment has been made, the consulting agreement has begun and there are no full or partial refunds. I acknowledge that the fees paid are nonrefundable, and agree that I will not institute chargeback proceedings for any charges made pursuant to this memorandum.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY. You agree to keep all program materials ("Confidential Information") and any shared proprietary data & information completely confidential. This includes any material shared or posted outside the Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE Facebook Group and/or the Member’s Area. This information is not to be retransmitted, retaught or shared in anyway without prior written consent.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER. You agree that no promises have been made to how much you will earn from following the material taught in the Program. Every effort has been made to accurately represent this program and it's potential, however, no one can guarantee that you will earn a specific amount of money using the materials.

HOLD HARMLESS. You agree to hold harmless Build Grow Scale, LLC, Tanner Larsson and any other Build Grow Scale, LLC employees and/or contractors from any and all claims, actions, judgments, including all costs of defense and attorney's fees incurred in defending against same, arising from and related to Student's business or personal efforts in relation to following the educational material from the program.
