Memorandum of Understanding for Ecommerce Business Blueprint ONLY


The purpose of this agreement is to clearly lay out the details, objectives, and deliverables of Ecommerce Business Blueprint. These include:

  • The Student will learn how to build an e-commerce business following Tanner Larsson and the BGS team’s unique Revenue Optimization based business building process.

  • The Student is expected to follow the training and build or modify their store and business using what they learn inside Ecommerce Business Blueprint.

  • Ecommerce Business Blueprint is a work at your own pace online virtual education program. It combines live interaction and digital training in multiple formats. It may include video, transcription, audio, live webinar, written content and/or templates and worksheets.

  • The Student will also receive the following as part of their Ecommerce Business Blueprint Membership:
    • Private Ecommerce Business Blueprint Members area at Members.BuildGrowScale.com containing the entire Ecommerce Business Blueprint course and components.
    • Single License to use the BGS VASTA optimized Shopify store theme on any one store.
    • Free 12 month license to use the BGS Revenue Bump App on any one store. After the 12 months you can continue using the app if you choose for a grandfathered rate of $39.95 per month or you may cancel the app and not be charged.
    • Access to course and training updates as they are released.
    • Access to Ecommerce Business Blueprint Facebook Mastermind Group
    • 1 Free Standard Ticket to a Build Grow Scale Live Conference
    • $2,000.00 “Use-At-Any-Time” Discount to be applied should you choose to join our advanced Ecom Insider program at any point in the future.

  • The Student also agrees to the following terms and conditions listed below.

Ecommerce Business Blueprint Terms And Conditions

 

  1. I Understand - The results of the Ecommerce Business Blueprint training are not guaranteed and Tanner and the BGS team provide a system for their ecommerce business process, however, they are not my saviors.

  2. I Understand - I am responsible for doing the work to get the results out of Ecommerce Business Blueprint. I do not hold Tanner and the BGS Team responsible for my success or failures.

  3. I Understand - I am purchasing an online digital education program that delivers training digitally in a module based format. Ecommerce Business Blueprint is NOT a coaching program, nor am I purchasing coaching services. If I want live coaching, I can join the Ecommerce Business Blueprint ELITE coaching program for an additional fee, but it is not required to succeed.

  4. I Understand - I need to spend money on advertising and have a paid traffic budget to grow a successful e-commerce business.

  5. I Understand - If I fail to pay my payment when due or if my card fails to go through, then I will be denied access to the materials until the payment can be processed.

  6. I Understand – Tanner and the BGS team are not responsible for policy changes with different advertising platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Google.

  7. I Understand – Tanner, BGS team and many Ecommerce Business Blueprint members get extraordinary results, however, their results are not typical. In fact, most people do not make any money from taking an online course or training (because they take no action and do nothing).

  8. I Understand – That I am buying access to an online digital education program for 1 payment of $497. There are no additional payments owed for access To Ecommerce Business Blueprint or future course updates.

  9. I Understand – That Ecommerce Business Blueprint is a family and that by joining the family I agree to treat other members with respect and abide by the Ecommerce Business Blueprint Code of Conduct that is clearly posted inside the member's area. I also understand that Ecommerce Business Blueprint does not tolerate any dishonesty, shadiness, theft or ripping off of other members and they have the right to kick out members at any time. (The BGS family is amazing and we protect it)

  10. I Understand - Being the cardholder or Corporate Officer, by signing below I understand and agree to pay, and specifically authorize Build Grow Scale, LLC to charge my credit card for the professional services provided. This proposal is accepted and forms an agreement between myself (Student) and Build Grow Scale, LLC (we/us/I) as represented by Tanner Larsson and any other Build Grow Scale, LLC employees and/or contractors. Once payment has been made, the agreement has begun and there are no full or partial refunds. I acknowledge that the fees paid are nonrefundable, and agree that I will not institute chargeback proceedings for any charges made pursuant to this memorandum.

CONFIDENTIALITY. You agree to keep all program materials ("Confidential Information") and any shared proprietary data & information completely confidential. This includes any material shared or posted outside the Ecommerce Business Blueprint Facebook Group and/or the Member’s Area. This information is not to be retransmitted, retaught or shared in any way without prior written consent.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER. You agree that no promises have been made to how much you will earn from following the material taught in the Program. Every effort has been made to accurately represent this program and it's potential, however, no one can guarantee that you will earn a specific amount of money using the materials.

HOLD HARMLESS. You agree to hold harmless Build Grow Scale, LLC, Tanner Larsson and any other Build Grow Scale employees and/or contractors from any and all claims, actions, judgments, including all costs of defense and attorney's fees incurred in defending against same, arising from and related to Student's business or personal efforts in relation to following the educational material from the program.
